All decisions are made locally. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County, based in Waynesburg, Pa. And we don’t just work here; we live in your communities, too! Your loan stays with us for its life. There’s no selling of your loan in 5 weeks, 5 months, or 5 years from now. We’re in it for the long haul and have been since 1988. That includes servicing of your loan, which is handled by one of our First Federal offices in Pennsylvania. Almost the entire process, from pre-qualification to application, can be handled here online. We know you’re busy, so we try to make it easy and convenient for you.
