Founded in 1976 and currently owned by Parry Petroplus, Jerry Summers and Laury Waltz, Petroplus & Associates through their team of professionals, have extensive experience in commercial property management, commercial asset management and commercial sales and leasing. Whether providing professional property management services to a commercial property, assisting clients in leasing or selling their property or representing tenants/buyers in sales and leasing activities, the goal is to maintain a property’s stability and achieve the highest possible return on investment for our clients.
